Terms of service
Government fees vs. service fees, rejection and cancellation, in plain language.

These terms govern your dealings with Tasami Alwataniyah Establishment through the website or WhatsApp. By sending a request and accepting a quote you agree to them.
1. Nature of the service
We are a services establishment, not a government entity. We complete transactions on your behalf through the official platforms and build tech solutions as agreed. Acceptance or rejection is decided by the official authority.
2. Quote
Each service has its own quote, sent within an hour during working hours, showing our fee, the expected duration and the required documents. We don't start before you approve the quote.
3. Government fees vs. service fees
Government fees (such as renewal fees, levies or fines) are paid to the authority and are separate from our service fee. The quote lists each item separately.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide correct, valid information and documents and respond to document requests on time. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not Tasami's responsibility.
5. If a transaction is rejected
We review the reason with you, fix what is needed and resubmit as agreed in the quote. Government fees paid to the authority are subject to that authority's rules.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel before work starts at no charge. After work starts, completed work is charged according to the quote, and government fees already paid are not refundable.
7. Timelines
The duration in the quote is an estimate that depends on the authority and its systems. We update you at every step and tell you immediately about any delay outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
