These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tasami website, WhatsApp channels, and Monjez assistant. By requesting a service or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Tasami facilitates government transactions and technology solutions on your behalf, either directly or through licensed authorized agents and official Saudi platforms. Availability, processing time, and requirements for each service depend on the relevant government or technical authority and may change without prior notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents. Delays, rejections, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not the responsibility of Tasami.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees, where applicable, are communicated transparently before work begins, either via WhatsApp, Monjez, or our secretary team. Government fees, third-party charges, and taxes are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility.
4. Service Delivery & Timelines
We aim to keep you informed at every stage of your request through your preferred channel. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as many transactions depend on external government or technical systems outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Tasami is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes at official government platforms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
