Are you a government entity?
No. We are a services establishment, and we complete your transactions through the official platforms.
Which documents are required?
It depends on the service. After you send your request we give you the full list.
How long does a transaction take?
It depends on the transaction and the authority. We give you the expected duration with the quote.
How much does it cost?
Each service has its own quote, sent within an hour during working hours. Government fees are separate from our service fee and are shown in the quote.
Is my data safe?
We use your data only to complete your transaction, and share it only with the official authority handling it. Before we start, we tell you exactly which documents or authorisation we need.
How do I track my request?
On the "My requests" page with your order number, and on WhatsApp with updates at every step.
Do you serve outside Makkah?
Yes, we serve all regions of the Kingdom online.
Do you serve individuals and businesses?
Yes: individuals (iqamas, visas) and businesses (CRs, licences, zakat, GOSI).
What if the transaction is rejected?
We review the reason with you, fix what is needed and resubmit as agreed.
